Autumn Gathering

With our autumnal weather more on display albeit a bit changeable our thoughts begin to turn inwards to gather ourselves in and spend more time in the cosy warm indoors. We gather in to spend comfy times with our loved ones.

Conscious Eating

As the weather grows cooler (albeit very up-and-down as usual) we can quickly start turning to stodgy, heavy comfort food replacing the healthy salads and fruits we ate in the warmer summer months.

Restfull Bliss

How did your summer go? Did you get away to some beautiful destinations? Did you kickback and get some well-earned rest? And how did you feel about life in general after your restful break? Hopefully more rested, calmer, rejuvenated and energised. A good sense of well-being.

Kick Back: It's Summer!

More and more information is coming out about how important it is to get our work-life balance in balance. This does not mean that those two things are mutually exclusive and even though a lot of us work from home these days we can still get that balance wrong.
